Dancing on Ice's Gemma Collins has hit back at reports that she's quit the show – and has also admitted that she wants to quit the show. Eh?

Speaking on her Instagram Stories, she told followers that she and professional partner Matt Evers were "devastated" by the reports.

"Good morning everyone. So sorry for my eyes looking so heavy," Gemma said. "Obviously I've been really devastated by all the hurtful press reports this week, which haven't been true.

"But I'm not giving up, I'm not quitting. I'm here with the team. I've got the shakes where I've been so upset. Please don't believe what's been put out there.

"Do I want to quit after all the press reports? Yes, but I'm not gonna. It has really got me down this week but I hope you're gonna love our routine this Sunday," she added.

Gemma also spoke to some nearby camera crew, addressing reports claiming that the TOWIE star is throwing the camera crew off the ice and refusing to be filmed for backstage segments.

She asked: "Did I tell you at any point to get your cameras off the ice?"

"No, we're always here, always filming," they responded. "Not us anyway."

The GC continued: "I know people say I'm a diva but it's a bit of a laugh, it's not actually true."

She then joked to the camera crew: "Get off the ice!"

Gemma added: "The reason I haven't been on social media before talking about this, me and Matt have been so upset. We were shell-shocked, we didn't know what to do, we were heartbroken."

She also shared a video on Instagram, writing alongside it that "WE WILL NOT [be] SABOTAGED".

DOI pro Matt also phoned Lorraine live today (January 16) to respond to the reports, saying: "I’m on my way into work right now and she is about 15 minutes behind me. She’s coming to the rink today we have a double session planned.

"I’ve got a fantastic routine planned for her."

On rumours that Gemma took a nap on Sunday night (January 13), Matt stated: "She did not have a nap."

He later added of Gemma leaving the live show early at the weekend: "After the group number she thought she was free to go."

Digital Spy previously learned that she departed early because she thought she had wrapped production early.

ITV has also clarified to Digital Spy that Gemma has NOT quit the show, and have assured us that "Gemma has at no point thrown a camera off the ice".

Dancing on Ice continues this Sunday night (January 20) at 6pm on ITV.
