DaniLeigh And Kendra G Hug It Out After Misunderstanding: 'Women Can Truly Come Together'

It’s always good to see women getting along and putting petty situations behind them.

As we recently reported, DaniLeigh was trending once again for personal life drama and not her latest musical offerings. This time, the issue seemed to be miscommunication.

Kendra G, a WGCI Chicago radio host, posted a video claiming DaniLeigh requested to have her removed from an interview that was set to take place during her time on air at the station — and Kendra sure wasn’t letting that slide.  The radio host granted the “Goofy Ass Person Of The Day Award” to the artist/dancer for her failed attempt at having her excluded from the interview, which instead resulted in a complete cancellation from the radio station.

“She was set to do an interview with the morning show and she requested that I, Kendra G, be removed from the interview because she was uncomfortable talking to me. Girlfriend, this ain’t Wild ‘N Out. You ain’t going to ‘B. Simone’ me,” shared the radio personality.

“Now your whole interview has been canceled, but I’m trying to figure out why ain’t you wanna talk to me in the first place? I actually been on the radio defending your honor,” she added.

DaniLeigh, who appeared to be unaware of the interview, took to Instagram, writing, “ok this isn’t true was suppppp y’all??? whaaats going onn i’ve never heard anything about this interview.”

Since then, the two women have linked to have a private conversation in search of clarity, which helped them find a positive resolution.

Apparently, DaniLeigh’s team spoke on her behalf, requesting for Kendra G to be removed, but DaniLeigh didn’t make this request at all.  Kendra G was offended because she felt she always rode for her and came to her defense as a woman holding it down for another woman.

Thankfully, these ladies were able to gracefully put this behind them, apologize and learn from the misunderstanding. Shout out to them!
