Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) have announced special schedules for the holidays. Today (Dec. 24), DART Buses and Light Rail will operate on a Sunday schedule, TRE will operate on a Saturday schedule, and DART GoLink will operate only in zones that provide Sunday service. On Christmas Day (Dec. 25), DART Buses and Light Rail will operate on a Sunday schedule and TRE will not be in service. (CultureMap Dallas)
Could Saturday be the warmest Christmas Day on record in Dallas? According to the forecast, the city could see record-breaking temperatures this weekend, with temperatures expected to rise above 80 degrees on Christmas Day. Jasmine Crockett is hopeful that her platform of fighting for all Texans will help her land a Congressional seat. In her short time serving in District 100, freshman state representative Crockett has filed a total of 185 bills aimed at criminal justice reform, voting rights, and economic recovery from the pandemic.
