Shortly before 12:30 a.m. Monday, Davenport Police saw two cars illegally parked in the alley to the south of the 900 block of Washington Street, affidavits say. One was a red 2013 Chevrolet Impala with no license plate and the other was a maroon 2006 Ford Focus, affidavits show.

Officers also found a container “disguised as a can of 7UP soda” with Green’s other property and brought into the jail booking area. Jail staff discovered it contained methamphetamine and notified officers.

Inside was a clear plastic bag with a total package weight of 3.25 grams of meth and a clear plastic bag with 28.05 grams of meth (unpacked weight,) affidavits say.

Green, who is being held on $40,000 bond in Scott County Jail, is set for a preliminary hearing Feb. 15 in Scott County Court.
