David Arquette Sells Lake Arrowhead Home for $1.35 Million

After just under a year on the market, David Arquette has sold his Lake Arrowhead mountain retreat for $1.35 million. The home, which he originally listed in May 2019 for $1.595 million, is situated by the eighth tee box of the Lake Arrowhead Country Club, and offers up splendid mountain and lake views, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Built on a 9,500-square-foot lot in 2003, the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom residence boasts 5,068 square feet of living space that includes a wide rear deck, a wine cellar, and a wet bar, among other amenities. Both the exterior and the interiors of the home are built with its natural surroundings in mind—knotty pine, river-rock fireplaces, and a high log-beamed cathedral ceiling in the main living room all lend a cabin-like feel to the space. The kitchen is furnished with custom pine cabinets and glossy granite countertops, as well as upgraded stainless-steel appliances; the adjacent dining room features a unique chandelier made of deer antlers.

Upstairs, the master suite has its own fireplace and a spacious window seat that overlooks the scenery below. It’s connected to a sleek master bathroom with double vanities and a spa-style deep-soaking tub, and to a cavernous walk-in closet. In addition to the wine cellar, the lower level also features a family room outfitted with a pinball machine and a wood-frame fireplace.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Arquette bought the property for $1.285 million in 2017, the same year he bought a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom traditional-style Encino home from actress Kate Walsh. Incidentally, he also put that home on the market in 2019, for $4.975 million.
