Farrah Aldjufrie and Mauricio Umansky often team up to sell incredible homes, and one of their luxury listings was just scooped up by David Spade.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the actor and stand-up comedian paid $13.85 million for the mansion listed by Kyle Richards' husband and eldest daughter. The 11,300-square-foot house has six bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and luxe amenities including a wine cellar, movie theater, and gym. Variety's Dirt notes that the home's gorgeous details include Turkish limestone floors, marble and stone accent walls, and glass pocket doors.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills realtors have worked together at Mauricio's luxury firm The Agency for several years. In 2019, Alexia Umansky joined the family team as well. Alexia announced in July that she was teaming up with Farrah and Mauricio to list their family's former Bel-Air home for $6,750,000. "Let me tell you.. the love I have for this house will never fade," she wrote via Instagram at the time. "A true treasure."

The following month, the home was taken off the market, a move that Kyle explained on Part 1 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion."We took it off the market because we have to do some repairs right now," Kyle shared after previously explaining that Sutton Stracke, who rented the home for nearly a year, "did almost burn [her] house down." Despite the mishap, Kyle noted, "[Sutton] was a great tenant."
