It must have been quite the night at Joe T. Garcia’s, a popular Fort Worth Tex-Mex haunt, when comedian David Spade and actor Luke Wilson dropped in for a feast.

The restaurant’s Facebook account declared in a post Sunday, “It is always great having our friends, Luke Wilson and David Spade, at our family table. You never know who you might run into at Joe T’s!”

Spade had just performed at the Will Rogers Auditorium the night before in “David Spade: Catch Me Inside,” and Dallas native Wilson was in Cowtown receiving the Bill Paxton Award at the Lone Star Film Festival.

Fans can catch Spade in Baltimore Dec. 1 and Philadelphia the next night.

Wilson is the youngest of a brood of Hollywood actors: Andrew, Owen and Luke. His acting credits include, “Legally Blonde” (2001), “Old School” (2003) and “Idiocracy” (2006).

The Wilson brothers’ mother, Laura Wilson, lives in Dallas and is an accomplished photographer. Early in her career she worked with Richard Avedon on his American West project. Her work has graced the walls of the Cowgirl Museum at the Stockyards.

“Luke and Owen Wilson’s mom is an artist and sometimes has her work in the local museums. She had some of her work at the Cowgirl museum in Ft. Worth last year,” a comment read on the Joe T. Garcia’s Facebook page.

Another commenter responded: “How cool!!”
