David Tepper-led entity sells Waterford Golf Club in Rock Hill
Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper has sold the Rock Hill golf course he purchased several years ago.
In August, an entity affiliated with Tepper sold Waterford Golf Club for $3.4 million, according to York County real estate records. The asset was acquired by an entity aligned with real estate developer Steven Schorr, whose team announced the transaction today. Tepper bought the golf course for $2.3 million in 2020, when the Panthers still had plans to establish a new team headquarters in York County.
