KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Pittsburg State University junior pole vaulter Kyla Davis received MIAA Field Athlete of the week honors for women’s indoor track & field today.

Davis posted the second-best mark in NCAA Division II this season in the pole vault at the Washburn University Open & Multi’s Saturday.

The Yukon, Okla., native cleared 14 feet, 3.25 inches to claim individual medalist honors in the discipline in the meet.
