GRAFTON - Best in Show Hot Dogs owner Justin Wnukowski enjoys the cooler air as he sticks his head out of his (roughly) 6-by-10-foot stand at 80 Worcester St. Wednesday. Wnukowski, who has owned the tiny, cherry red business since May of last year, says that Tuesday, "was the hottest day since we've been open. This is perfect!"
