The State Bureau of Investigations (DBR) has concluded its pre-trial investigation into the July 2023 explosions at Shevchenkivsky District Court in Kyiv, resulting in charges against six employees of the Kyiv Detention Center.
According to the DBR, the detained individual, Ihor Humeniuk, caused the explosion. DBR reported that due to the negligence of detention center and convoy service employees, Humeniuk managed to bring explosive devices into the court building.
