Deadly Floods Wreak Havoc in South Africa's KwaZulu-Natal

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa visited flood affected areas of the KwaZulu-Natal region, as the death toll rose to 306 people on Wednesday, April 13, according to local reports.

This footage, uploaded to the official Instagram account of the Presidency of the Republic of South Africa, shows an aerial view of the damage caused by floods. Ramaphosa also met with residents in the region’s flood-stricken areas, offering support for those affected.
