Alabama football captured its 29th SEC Championship after a 41-24 win over Georgia on Saturday night in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

It is Alabama's second straight SEC title, eighth under Nick Saban at Alabama and his 10th overall.

Alabama went on a 41-14 run after falling behind 10-0 early in the second quarter. Bryce Young went 26-for-44 for 421 yards with three passing touchdowns and added 40 rushing yards and a score. The 421 passing yards and 461 yards set SEC Championship game records.

Jameson Williams had seven catches for 187 yards with two scores and John Metchie III had six catches for 97 yards with a score before leaving with a lower left leg injury.

Jordan Battle added the dagger with a Pick Six to bring the score to 38-17.
