How did the Russians strike?

Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat said on Ukrainian national television later on July 31 that according to preliminary data, the Russians most likely attacked Kryvyi Rih with ballistic missiles.

"You know how dangerous ballistic weapons are, how quickly they can arrive and how destructive they are,” Ihnat said.

“We have to wait until the remains of the missiles are found at the scene, and then we can finally say what it was."
