Death Toll From Russian Strike in Kharkiv Rises as Emergency Crews Search Rubble

At least six people were killed and 31 injured as strikes hit Kharkiv in the early morning of Monday, July 11, according to Ukraine’s Office of the Prosecutor General.

The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, said a 16-year-old and a four-year-old were among the injured, citing information from the region’s Center for Emergency Medical Assistance.
