Decatur Streets Inundated With Water as Flash Flooding Strikes Central Illinois

Floodwaters gushed through the streets of downtown Decatur, in central Illinois, on Tuesday, August 2, as flash flooding struck the area, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

This footage, captured by Lindsey Elaine Kirk, shows scenes in downtown Decatur on Tuesday morning.
