Deer crashes through window of crowded Noodles & Company in Beloit, Wisconsin

Fear the deer.

No not Giannis or Dame, but an actual buck that came crashing through a window at Noodles & Company in Beloit on Tuesday.

The deer made his appearance during the lunchtime rush, causing diners to rush for safety. The incident was captured on surveillance footage.

No one was harmed in the incident and the deer explored the kitchen before exiting out a back door opened by an employee, according to Noodles' spokesperson Danielle Moore.

"Our team members' priority throughout the process was to make sure the deer made it outside of the restaurant safely and that no one was harmed during the encounter," Moore said.

A group of students on a field trip were in the restaurant during the encounter, according to Moore. "We are thankful that a teacher was onsite," she said.

The restaurant was temporarily closed, but reopened on Wednesday with a new special — a "2 Buck Mac & Cheese" for just $2.
