The Cincinnati Bengals were forced to play rookie safety Dax Hill - their first-round draft pick earlier this year - at cornerback during the fourth quarter of their AFC North loss to the Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football because of injuries to several defensive backs.
During Monday's game, the Bengals lost star cornerback Chidobe Awuzie to a knee injury and backup Tre Flowers to a hamstring injury. The Enquirer's Kelsey Conway reported Tuesday morning that Awuzie tore his ACL and will miss the rest of the season.
Cincinnati may look to acquire a defensive back ahead of Tuesday's 4 p.m. Eastern trade deadline.
