Del Mar at Easton Town Center announces opening

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Cameron Mitchell Restaurants has announced when it will be opening its fine dining Mediterranean restaurant in Easton Town Center.

Del Mar, located at 4089 The Strand East, will open its doors this spring, according to the restaurant conglomerate. The company did not specify a specific date. The new restaurant will mark Cameron Mitchell’s second Del Mar location and its first central Ohio location.

The restaurant will be inspired by Mediterranean coastal cuisine and feature a variety of flavors from southern European countries, according to Cameron Mitchell. It will also feature a rotating and seasonal menu, seafood, house-made cheese, rich olive oil and handcrafted cocktails.

The 9,400-square-foot restaurant will hold 300 seats and feature two floors of dining, two bars, a four-season patio and two second floor exterior terraces. It will additionally contain two formal private dining rooms and the second floor will be available for private events, according to the company.

Del Mar first opened in Naples, Florida in December 2021. The Easton menu will be similar to the menu at the Naples location, according to the restaurant conglomerate. The Naples menu features shareable dips and spreads, flatbreads, Lamb Tagine, chilled shellfish and entrees prepared on a wood-fired grill.

Del Mar will be open for weekday lunch, weekend brunch and dinner nightly.
