Del Valle High School QB Jake Fette receives offers from TCU and Baylor
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Del Valle High School football standout Jake Fette continues to garner the attention of NCAA Division I FBS programs.
On Thursday, Fette announced on social media that he received offers from two Big 12 programs: Baylor and TCU.

Fette received both offers within ten minutes of each other as coaches from both universities were in town.
The soon-to-be junior in high school already holds offers from Texas Tech, UTEP, Baylor, and TCU.
Coaches from Baylor and TCU – including Baylor offensive coordinator Jake Spavital – are in El Paso today looking at some of the city’s top players including Del Valle quarterback Jake Fette and El Dorado running back Ryan Estrada.

These offers are coming in after his first season on varsity, Fette already looked like a polished, poised, veteran quarterback. As a sophomore, he completed 62% of his passes for 2,465 yards, 27 touchdowns and just five interceptions. He also proved to be a duel threat, rushing for 346 yards and 13 touchdowns.
