‘The Canfather’ screening

The elephant in the room is obvious. But what’s not clear is whether people favor drinking a cold brew from a can, versus one from a bottle.

Wilmington’s own Gordon DelGiorno of Film Brother Productions will play off the idea of cans versus bottles in the new comedic beer movie “The Canfather.” The film touches on the longtime history that’s been brewing on both sides.

The movie was shot at 20 locations in Delaware on a RED camera and features over 160-plus cast and crew.

Viewers will get to experience a “beer you can’t refuse” during a preview screening of “The Canfather” at the Everett Theatre (47 W. Main St., Middletown) at 6 p.m., Sunday. Tickets are $25. For more information, visit everetttheatre.com or (302).378-7038 .
