If your desire is to see the band U2 but your pockets are a little short, the next best thing for you might be to see Bullet the Blue Sky in concert.

This U2 tribute was formed in 2018 and is composed of veteran musicians. Their name was inspired by the popular Irish quartet’s song of the same name. Bullet the Blue dishes up your favorite U2 tunes like “One,” “Vertigo” and “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” among many others.

Prepare to have a “Beautiful Day” with Bullet the Blue Sky at The Queen (500 N. Market St., Wilmington) at 8 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $15 (plus fees). Visit thequeenwilmington.com or (302) 400-7020.
