Indian police said they seized more than 400 oxygen concentrators after raids in Delhi’s Lodhi Colony on May 6.
Police said four people were arrested after raids on a restaurant and a farmhouse uncovered 419 oxygen concentrators that were being sold on the black market at multiples of their normal price.
