Delivery Drivers Brave Blizzard Conditions in South Dakota

The National Weather Service (NWS) reported that “heavy bands of snow” continued to move across South Dakota, bringing “blizzard conditions” to the western portion of the state on Tuesday, December 13.

The South Dakota Department of Transportation closed roadways “due to freezing rain, heavy snow, and high winds” on Tuesday.
