Delta Dental bus to visit June 6-16, appointments available for those younger than 21

The Delta Dental Mobile bus will visit Watertown in June to provide oral health care to young people.

The bus will be in town June 6-16 and will be at a new location, Watertown Regional Library, 160 Sixth St. N.E. The bus traditionally parked at the intermediate school.

Last year, the bus provided more than $77,000 in dental care to area youth, according to a news release.

An appointment includes an initial exam, cleaning and any necessary treatment besides orthodontic work. The bus serves youth up to age 21.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child to the appointment if the youth is younger than 18. Insurance is not required. A on-site Spanish translator will be available.
