Boasting six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, the home sits on St. Andrew Bay in unincorporated Bay County, just outside the city limits of Panama City Beach.

Corcoran Reverie declined to release the buyer's name to The News Herald, but according to the Bay County property appraiser's website, the new owner is Diamond Cm Capital LLC out of Atlanta.

The property was built in 2016. It was listed at $9.995 million and features 600 square feet of waterfront, an elevator, heated floors, infinity pool and helicopter pad.

It also includes a safe room lined with steel, an entire floor that's underground for protection against hurricanes and tornadoes, geothermal heating and cooling system, theater room and a seven-car garage.

The home sits on more than 3 acres.

"It's worth more than $10 million," Lori Buckalew, a real estate agent for Corcoran Reverie and listing agent for the manor, has said. "It cost almost $18 million to build. If this house was on 30A, it would be $30 million."
