Demi Lovato Shared Her FaceTime Photo Shoot

Thanks to Demi Lovato, we may never use FaceTime the same way again. While much of the world continues to practice social distancing in response to the coronavirus, Demi shared a truly genius method of using FaceTime. Forget simply calling your friends, because thanks to the singer, holding a high fashion photo shoot from the comfort of your couch has also become an option.

On Friday March 27, Demi shared an Instagram post from her recent FaceTime photo shoot with photographer Angelo Kritikos. "Did a virtual FaceTime photo shoot with @angelokritikos... when the world shuts down and you gotta stay safe, you also gotta get creative," she captioned the images.

In the first photo shared by Demi, she's sporting a black graphic tee and large golden hoop earrings. She paired the look with rusty-colored eyeshadow and hair parted to one side. Some photos feature bits of her hair hanging artfully in front of her face, while other images have her hand seemingly situated to cradle her curls. Angelo also shared the images to Instagram, including a black and white photo that's made to look double processed and a series of images centered around Demi's eyes.

The pair didn't share how they managed to make a FaceTime call look like a magazine cover shoot, but others are certainly feeling inspired by the idea. Instagram comments have ranged from "OMG" to numerous heart emojis. Over on Angelo's page, one follower acknowledged it was "a fire idea."

Friday's photo shoot was just the latest of Demi's social distancing activities. Over the past week, she's appeared on Miley Cyrus's daily talk show, shared some of her beauty routines, and announced that she's a guest on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon — the Stay at Home edition — on March 31.
