Demkota Ranch Beef gives employees bonuses totaling $1.3 million
DemKota Ranch Beef handed out its first year-end incentive bonuses, totaling $1.3 million, to hourly associates on Friday, according to a news release from the business.
The program, launched earlier this year, recognizes team members and rewards them for commitment to and performance at the company, according to the release.
“Our employees are what makes our company great,” Adam Bode, chief operating officer at Demkota, said in the release. “This incentive program was put in place to recognize and appreciate the outstanding dedication our teams have for DemKota. We are excited to give this bonus out prior to the holiday season.”
