Denny’s Has A Ton Of New Menu Items Including A Nashville Hot Chicken Melt And A Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
Denny's is there for you when no one else is, it's that 24/7 promise, baby! To give you something to eat every time you go, no matter your mood, the diner chain has added quite a few new offerings in 2021 that include both savory and sweet options.
First up, Denny's is now selling two new melts that are served warm with wavy-cut fries on the side. The new Nashville Hot Chicken Melt features a crispy-fried chicken breast filet tossed in Nashville hot sauce and served with Swiss cheese, tomato, pickles, and mayo on grilled Texas toast. Choose between that or the new Big Dipper Melt that comes with pot roast, melted Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and mayo on grilled Texas toast with French onion au jus on the side for dipping.
If sandwiches aren't really your vibe, Denny's also has new bowls including a Pot Roast Bowl that comes with roasted carrots, celery, onions, served over red-skinned mashed potatoes and covered in gravy. The Chicken Addiction Bowl option includes seasoned grilled chicken breast with broccoli, grilled mushrooms, creamy Alfredo sauce, all served on top of whole-grain rice.
To finish off your meal on a sweet note, Denny's added a decadent signature "Skookie" dessert (skillet cookie) that comes with a chocolate chip cookie with a molten chocolate center served in a personal skilled and topped with premium vanilla ice cream and salted caramel. Of course, desserts like this are always fun to share with two spoons but...I'm pretty sure you'll want to keep this one all to yourself. Trust.
