DAVE BRIGGS: NFL owners-- excuse me-- approving the sale of the Denver Broncos to the Walton-Penner Ownership Group. The $4.65 billion sale was finalized earlier and brings the Pat Bowlen era to a close. Under Bowlen, the Broncos won 13 AFC West Division titles and made it to seven Super Bowls. The Walton-Penner Group is bringing in some big name minority owners, including F1 champion Sir Lewis Hamilton and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. A powerhouse group now leading the Denver Broncos.
