Denver Hockey Captain Shares Drinks With Crowd at Stanley Cup Parade

The team captain of the Denver Avalanche, Gabriel Landeskog, was filmed sharing a drink with fans at a parade on June 30 honoring the ice hockey team’s Stanley Cup win.

Travis Harrison published the footage to his Instagram account with the caption, “Partying with the Captain.”

In the video, Landeskog can be seen taking a sip of a bottle before distributing the drink directly into mouths of supporters along the parade route.

Landeskog “jumped out of the fire truck to celebrate with us when someone handed him the bottle,” Harrison told Storyful. “He started to drink and then passed it along to the fans who were celebrating him.”
