Denver Police Officer Jacob Marsh Arrested On Investigation Of Vehicular Assault Charges After Head-On Crash

Denver Police Officer Jacob Marsh was taken into custody on investigation of vehicular assault charges for a head-on collision that happened earlier this month.

- A Denver police officer facing charges for a crash that injured another driver. Jacob Marsh now charged with vehicular assault. Investigators say Marsh was driving an unmarked patrol car the wrong way on Quebec. He was following another car, also going the wrong way. Well, Officer Marsh wound up hitting a third vehicle and that driver was hurt. Detectives determined he was traveling 75 miles an hour in a 45 mile an hour zone.
