DENVER (KDVR) — Temperatures continue to warm up on Monday, with a mix of sun, clouds and an afternoon breeze in the Denver weather forecast.
Weather today: Warm with a brisk wind
Clouds stick around for most of Monday with warmer temperatures. Highs will make it into the middle 70s with a brisk wind by Monday afternoon.

Weather tonight: Clouds linger
The extra clouds from Monday will linger overnight as winds begin to slow.
Overnight lows will dip to the 40-degree mark, keeping Denver just above average.
Looking ahead: Chances for showers
Tuesday will also have partly cloudy skies and more seasonal highs in the lower 60s. There is a chance for a quick passing shower on Tuesday afternoon.
Denver will dry things out with more sunshine on Wednesday afternoon, as highs are back in the upper 70s.

Thursday adds a few extra clouds to the forecast, with mild highs in the middle 70s and the chance for a late shower.
Friday rounds out the workweek with highs near 70 degrees and chances for afternoon showers or storms.
Saturday is very similar with scattered showers and storms. Saturday will have comfy highs in the upper 60s.
Sunday ends the weekend with more sunshine and seasonal highs in the lower 60s.
