Here are the top five stories today in Houston:

1. A second grand jury in Texas is considering charges against former Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, according to a report from FOX 8 Cleveland. Watson is accused of sexual harassment and assault by 22 different women. The grand jury convened Wednesday in Brazoria County, according to the report. (Houston Patch)

2. Tree pollen in Houston is now in the extreme level and isn't expected to change until our next rain chance next week. KHOU Meteorologist Chita Craft says oak levels in the tree pollen count category are more than 1,800 when they are typically in the 100s. (KHOU 11)

3. Houston gained 69,000 residents in the pandemic's first year, the third-highest of any U.S. metro area. The pandemic intensified migration patterns to the South and West, as well as a slowdown of growth in the biggest cities in the U.S. (Houston Chronicle)

4. A 32-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her husband in front of their daughter on Wednesday night, Houston Police Department said. A lieutenant at the scene said the woman was found with several knife wounds near the front door of the apartment. Another couple living in the apartment also saw the incident unfold. (KHOU 11)

5. The Chocolate Bar will open a new location this summer in The Centre at River Oaks at 2411 West Alabama Street. The new location will be known as Winfield's Chocolate Bar. The new name plays homage to the owner's family history and will be used for expansion of the concept. (CultureMap Houston)
