Detroit chef to bring New Orleans cuisine to Hazel Park's Framebar

Grab your beads! New Orleans cuisine is popping up in Hazel Park as chef Ederique Goudia takes over at Framebar.

Goudia is bringing BAR New Orleans to Framebar from Wednesday through Aug. 7.

Expect plates of fried green tomatoes, shrimp, short rib po’ boys, gumo and Bananas Foster bread pudding. Other dishes are Dirty Rice Fritters with Pickled Okra and Remoulade, Red Bean Hummus and Grillades, smoked Gouda grits, collard slaw and pickled onion.
