Game notes: The Pistons begin a new season, the fourth under coach Dwane Casey. GM Troy Weaver has turned over the entire 15-man roster since taking the job 16 months ago. But the Cade Cunningham era begins with the No. 1 pick in street clothes on the bench nursing an ankle sprain that has kept him out all preseason. The Bulls swept all three games from the Pistons last season. ... The teams will have a rematch Saturday in Chicago.
