Developer in early stages of mixed-use project in Elizabeth

Fresh off the announcement of a multifamily project in South End, Chicago-based Centrum Realty & Development is turning its attention toward new mixed-use plans in Elizabeth.

Seventh St., from B-1 to MUDD-O. Larry Powers, the firm’s managing partner, told the Charlotte Business Journal that Centrum is in the very early planning stages for a mixed-use project there that will likely include multifamily and commercial components.
