Developers planning second Miller's Ale House off Pine Forest Road

A group based in Land O’ Lakes is seeking approval from Escambia County’s Development Review Committee to build a second Miller’s Ale House at the Pine Forest Road exit of Interstate 10.

The proposed restaurant would be built at the entrance of the Ransley Station development. Ransley Station is a massive multi-use development coming to Escambia County on the corner of I-10's Pine Forest Road exit.

Master site plans for the development say that it will include multi-family housing, office and retail spaces, a medical facility and a hotel/hospitality development.

Ransley Station will have 16 different buildings for retail stores and restaurants for lease, ranging from 3,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet. The location of these shops in proximity to the road and I-10 offers "easy access and optimal visibility off Pine Forest Road," according to its master site plan.

Escambia County’s Development Review Committee first reviewed the project in May and requested changes to the changes to the parking lot and signage to ensure the project is accessible and Americans with Disabilities Act compliant.

The new Miller's Ale House project is still not approved by Escambia County’s Development Review Committee.

Here’s what we know about the possible new restaurant coming to Pensacola.

Where is the new Miller’s Ale House?

The planned address for the potential Miller’s Ale House is 8860 Boesch Lane, according to the project’s information form filed with Escambia County.

The new restaurant development will be located at the roundabout entrance of the multi-faceted Ransley Station development.

Developers plan for the building to be approximately 7,200 square feet with an accompanying parking lot on about 2 acres of undeveloped land, according to the project’s site plan filed with Escambia County.
