Winter Haven has launched the Access Winter Haven app, an application available for Apple and Android devices for reporting problems in the city.

The app allows residents to submit code compliance requests, report a damaged street sign, schedule a bulk garbage pickup or report any other quality-of-life conditions that need attention, the city said in a news release. With the app's GPS function, residents can easily pinpoint their location and select from a menu of common issues.

The app also allows users to upload pictures or videos to accompany their requests.

The Access Winter Haven app can be downloaded from both Apple and Android stores.
