Amid rumors that Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson have gotten engaged after more than three years of dating, new reports claim that the pair have taken yet another major step in their relationship by moving in together in Malibu. According to the New York Post, their apparent new residence is a 5,338-square-foot Cape Cod–style home located just a few feet from the Pacific Ocean.

The beachfront house holds six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus a two-story detached guesthouse with even more living space and a game room. The home’s interiors are accented with crisp white shiplap, high ceilings, and massive bay windows to take in the gorgeous ocean views. The bright kitchen features a large island and a pass-through window opening into the dining room—though it (quite literally) pales in comparison to the moody green kitchen in Johnson’s other L.A. home, which she toured for AD last spring.

Elsewhere in the house are a home theater, a main suite with a private terrace overlooking the beach, and multiple living spaces with doors opening directly onto the backyard’s extensive covered patio space. The fenced-in yard has room for a large swimming pool and outdoor barbecue area; the home’s deed reportedly also includes a permit to add a tennis court to the pristine back lawn.

Dakota Johnson’s boyfriend of over three years, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, has never spoken publicly about his feelings on limes, so it is unclear if they will be stocking their new home with citrus.

According to the Post, the home sold for $12.5 million in late October, quite a bit less than the original $14 million asking price when the home hit the market in July. It’s located not too far from Martin’s many other Malibu properties: Over the past several years, the Coldplay frontman has scooped up four other multimillion-dollar homes in the area.

Johnson, meanwhile, will reportedly hold on to her serene midcentury-modern home nestled into the hills just above Sunset Boulevard, which she purchased in 2016. “I was immediately drawn to how it was clean but also cozy. I thought, I’ll never want to sell this place,” she said during her AD house tour, adding, “With my job and the velocity at which my schedule can change, it’s important for me to have a place to go to and it be mine. Psychologically, I’m moored somewhere. This place is my anchor.”
