TEMPE, AZ — A Valley favorite is opening a new location, complete with a twist.
Flower Child, the healthy dining concept from Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts, opened a new digital-only location in Tempe on Wednesday. The location, tucked inside Culinary Dropout at 149 S. Farmer, offers a contact-free dining experience that goes hand-in-hand with the current coronavirus pandemic and will focus purely on takeout and online orders.
“As we continue to grow the Flower Child brand, we are excited to innovate on what that experience looks like for our guests in these new markets,” Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, which was purchased by the Cheesecake Factory in 2019, said in a statement. “This digital-first approach is a new opportunity for our team to evolve your experience.”
Diners will be able to order their favorite foods through the Flower Child app, the online ordering button on the website or at the location's digital kiosks.
Favorites like the Mother Earth Bowl, Glow Bowl, Flying Avocado Wrap, Organic Kale Salad and more will be available starting Wednesday.
The new location brings the Valley's total to five. The restaurant, founded in Phoenix, is also open in nine states and Washington, D.C. Fox is also the group behind several other local favorites, including Blanco Tacos + Tequila, The Henry and Zinburger.
