ERIN O'HEARN: That's right, and the weather outside today makes you want to dine alfresco, doesn't it? I wishing the studio had like a sunroof. We could just pull it back. Well it's almost the weekend, and we have a great way to celebrate dining in warmer weather. King of Prussia Restaurant Week kicks off Sunday and includes 10 days of wining, outdoor dining, music, and this year shopping.
The entire event is COVID friendly with igloos and tents set up, as well as takeout and delivery options, for those who aren't quite ready to get back into the restaurant scene just yet. And because beach outings are right around the corner, True Food Kitchen maybe a wise stop. Executive chef Bryan Burger gave us a tasty sample of a delicious dish that comes dairy free, gluten free and guilt free.
