If you've ever ventured to Disneyland and wished you could have that kind of magic in your life forever, you're in luck! This week, Disney launched a new business—known as Storyliving by Disney—that's set to develop residential communities, meaning true Disney fans will never have to leave this magical world behind.

The very first Disney community is set to be located in Rancho Mirage, California, which is part of Coachella Valltkey and is only a two hour drive from Anaheim's Disneyland. And, Walt Disney himself once lived here with his own family, so this area certainly has his stamp of approval! Additional U.S. locations are currently being worked on.

“For nearly 100 years, Disney has shared stories that have touched the hearts and minds of people all around the world,” said Josh D’Amaro, the chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, in a statement. “As we prepare to enter our second century, we are developing new and exciting ways to bring the magic of Disney to people wherever they are, expanding storytelling to storyliving." He adds that the iconic company "can’t wait to welcome residents to these beautiful and unique Disney communities where they can live their lives to the fullest.”

Naturally, Disney Cast Members who are trained in the company's guest services will work at each Storyliving by Disney community. And, thanks to a club membership, Disney will also offer residents the opportunity to partake in curated experiences, including live performances, cooking classes, wellness programs, philanthropy, seminars, and more. Additionally, some neighborhoods will be 55+.

While we excitedly await the grand reveal of Disney's magical residential communities, might we suggest looking to Minnie Mouse for some design inspiration, in addition to exploring these Disney Princess-inspired rooms?
