Disney fanatics make trips to the park for the rides and ambiance, but it's the food that really keeps them coming back. Through February 21, Disney World's EPCOT is hosting its International Festival of the Arts which features art exhibits, performances, and of course, limited-edition food and beverages.

Although there were some upscale dishes for park guests to try like Beef Wellington or truffle paté, the most coveted item during the festival's opening weekend was a popcorn bucket. More specifically, a Figment popcorn bucket, based on the bright purple dragon from the "Journey to Imagination" ride.

Popcorn buckets are a staple at Disney, with different designs based on characters for sale every so often. Many designs are only available for a limited time, making them collector's items. Fans were so excited to get their hands on Figment popcorn buckets (and the accompanying multi-colored popcorn it came with) that some reports say lines at the Pop Eats! stand lasted from two to seven hours.

Wait times for the Figment buckets were the longest lines since Christmas Eve, when Disney guests stood in line for four-and-a-half hours to ride the "Star Wars: Rise of Resistance" ride. Some Figment buckets purchased during the festival's opening week are being resold on sites like eBay and Mercari for as much as $1500.

At the park, there's a two-bucket limit per customer and by Monday, January 17, some park guests saw signs that the Figment buckets were no longer available.
