An opening date has been set for Roundup Rodeo BBQ, a sit-down restaurant inside Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park. Visitors will be able to try the new eatery as of March 23, Walt Disney World announced Wednesday.

The restaurant is next to one of the entrances of Toy Story Land, near the upsized version of Woody and down the hill from the Slinky Dog Dash roller coaster. It is themed to be a Western rodeo cobbled together for Andy’s toys, including us honorary ones who are visiting the “Toy Story” character’s backyard.

Disney also revealed Roundup Rodeo menu items. Among the available meats will be smoked ribs, beef brisket, barbecue chicken and a dish called There’s a Sausage in My Boot. There will be plant-based offerings on request.

Diners will choose four sides for the table. Among the choices: potato salad, veggie slaw, campfire-roasted vegetables, corn on the cob, macaroni and cheese and Force Field Fried Pickles.

Craft cocktails on the Roundup list include rodeo mules, margaritas, whiskey lemonade and “frozen peanut butter and jelly” (There’s whiskey involved in that last one). Desserts include peach-strawberry pie, lemon and blueberry cheesecake and Cupcake a la Forky.
