Disney Springs Chefs Have A Party Each Time Someone Orders This Massive Paella

From Delish

It's not a secret that some of Disney's best food lies outside of its parks and in Disney Springs. Pretty much all that's on the menu at Jaleo-José Andrés's newest restaurant-is no exception. On a recent trip, we zeroed in on their signature paella, one chefs told us is near and dear to José's heart. It is, after all, something he grew up eating. Which is why it makes sense that (1) it's never not being cooked over an open flame in the open kitchen and (2) it's celebrated each time a guest orders some.

Yes, after the pounds of rice are cooked and each of the proteins are seared, and after all the freshly grown herbs and salt you could imagine are added and the vegetables have been sautéed, the paella is done and it's time to party. When paella is plated, chefs ring a cowbell and yell out "PAELLA." There's never not cheering from everyone in the restaurant afterward.

And what better to pair with a nostalgic dish than a modern take on a nostalgic drink? Jaleo's Salt Air Margarita features emulsified salty foam that tops a bunch of tequila, combier, and sucro.

The combination is so salty and so divine. It'll leave you happy and full and, yes, probably pretty thirsty. But that's what their signature sangria is there for.
