YORKVILLE, IL — The Yorkville Community Unity School District 115 Board of Education asks families to complete a student commitment form for each child by Friday. By doing this, families will designate the child's learning model preference for the upcoming school year. This comes as the board of education approved the transition plan for the 2020-2021 school year during a Monday meeting.
According to the district, the Learning Model Summary document and student commitment form were emailed to parents Tuesday, and can be found online.
The district asks that any parents/guardians who have questions to call the district's Administrative Center at 630-553-4382.
