Diversity, inclusion in the post-COVID workplace

Dominic Price, a work futurist at Atlassian, highlighted his hope for mental health occupying the same level of consideration for employers as the physical wellbeing of staff, saying "we've got over the taboo - but let's put mental health on the same bar as physical health."

Laura Storm, founder of Regenerators, agreed and added that it was increasingly okay to bring discussions of vulnerability into the workplace. Not only that, but she predicted that employees will be increasingly elevated into higher-level discussions in the workplace and traditional hierarchies will be broken down.

"It's no longer the role of the CEO to have all the answers. The role of the CEO is to be a chief ecosystem officer or a facilitator."

"My hope is that our leadership will look and feel very different, " said Hephzi Pemberton, the CEO of Equality Group, who added that she hoped "invisible diversity and inclusion will continue to top the agenda."
