For former NFL quarterback Michael Vick, there is a simple key for the Philadelphia Eagles beating the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night at AT&T Stadium.

Run the ball.

During the FOX NFL Kickoff pregame Show on Sunday, VIck said he wants to see running back D’Andre Swift put up bigger statistics than he did in last week’s 42-19 Philadelphia loss to San Francisco.

“I’m looking at the Philadelphia Eagles to come out with the Dub,” Vick said. However, the former Eagles quarterback was cautious, saying the Eagles need to do a better job of running the football than they did a week ago in a loss to San Francisco. “Today, D’Andre (Swift) has to be involved, we are talking 15 to 20 carries. They just got to neutralize the Dallas defense because they are very good. With running the football, take the pressure off (quarterback) Jalen Hurts, then we got a game. If we don’t do that, I don’t see us getting out of the game with a win.”

Swift ran just six times for 13 yards against the 49ers.

He ran 18 times for 43 yards in the Eagles’ 28-23 win over Dallas in Philadelphia earlier this seaosn.
