A dog and deer played together in a Michigan yard, and a teen caught the moment on video
DETROIT, Mich. – A Michigan teenager was driving home with his family Sunday afternoon when he spotted something unusual: A deer and a dog, playing and chasing after each other.
The dog, which appeared to be a poodle, was barking and wagging its tail, then running in circles as the deer playfully charged toward it.
"We just had to pull over to watch this. I mean, you don’t see that every day," Isaac Carter, 17, told the Detroit Free Press.
Carter said it was especially funny because he had just returned from hunting with his dad early that morning and had no luck.
"Then I see a doe in broad daylight," he said.
Carter said the playful pair eventually ran into somebody's backyard and the family decided to head home.
